RXD910Ti: Dead Air/Ruger Collaboration Spawns New 9mm and 10mm Suppressor
One of the first big releases of SHOT Show 2026 is a new 9mm/10mm suppressor from Dead Air and Ruger, adding to the already impressive lineup of collaborations from the two companies. The new RXD910Ti is another super-light 3D-printed titanium can, and yep, it’s full-auto rated.

This is the second year that Dead Air and Ruger have embarked on a joint suppressor project. Each company brings extensive experience in different aspects of firearm and accessory manufacturing, and combining that expertise helps them design suppressors that match many shooters’ needs.

The RXD910Ti is a 9mm and 10mm rated suppressor that addresses a wide array of popular calibers, including 5.7x28mm, 9mm, 10mm, .40 S&W, .38 Special, and .357 Magnum, as well as .400 Legend and .300 Blackout subsonic. The suppressor is also full-auto rated for all those pistol calibers and .300 Blackout subsonic.

The can is 3D-printed from 6AL4V titanium, keeping the overall weight at 11.4 ounces with the piston attached. It uses Dead Air’s Triskelion baffle system, which enhances sound reduction, decreases recoil, and prevents backpressure from building up and venting in the shooter’s face.
With the rise of suppressor popularity, the new RXD910Ti addresses some of the most popular handgun calibers. From PCCs to handguns to lever guns, Ruger and Dead Air are working to bring the most advanced manufacturing technologies with lightweight and durable materials.

Remember, suppressors are safety devices designed to make shooting safer for you and the people around you. Now that expensive NFA tax stamps are a thing of the past, 2026 is a great time to support the American Suppressor Association, exercise your rights, and shoot civilized.
Stay tuned for more on the new RXD910Ti as we catch up with Dead Air during SHOT Show.
