EOTech Shows Vision for the Future with New Optics and Suppressors
While EOTech is one of the best-known optic companies out there, 2026 may change the way the company pops up in your sight picture. Long known for holographic optics, the company released more new products than ever this year at SHOT Show.
EFLEX CE
The EFLEX CE (Closed Emitter) is the second generation of EOTech’s enclosed pistol optic. It features a 3-MOA dot and a 42-MOA ring, with the ability to switch reticles.
EOTech joins the growing number of companies making fully enclosed pistol optics.
The CE features programmable sleep modes, allowing the user to decide the duration before the optic shuts off, in tandem with shake-awake technology. This allows the user to save lots of battery, leave the optic on, and still have it be ready when needed.
The CE features a built-in iron sight and runs on a CR2032 battery. The optic uses a Delta Point Pro footprint with an RMSc footprint option.
EXPS HD
The EXPS HD is much like the older EOTech designs, but instead of a resin body protected by an aluminum shroud, this optic is all aluminum. The HD stands for “heavy duty,” as this optic can stand up to serious abuse.

While still delivering the uncompromising EOTech quality.
The EXPS HD features a dial-style switch with different brightness settings and night vision modes. An auto brightness mode allows the optic’s light pipe to sense how bright the reticle needs to be. It also uses shake-awake technology, which extends battery life.
VUDU 4-12X36 Super Short Scope with FFP
The VUDU Super Short Scope was extremely popular when it dropped, but some people were looking for the optic line to offer a first focal plane option. FFP basically means that as you magnify through the optic, the radical stays in reference to your target. This style of shooting is much more important for tactical applications, while most hunters want a second focal plane optic where the reticle remain remains constant.
That's a lot of optic in a small package.
This optic is only 7.1 inches long, making it a perfect match for clip-on thermals or night vision.
DCBL
This might be shocking if you haven’t heard, but EOTech announced a while back that it would be getting into the suppressor game, and now the company is releasing a line of cans called DCBL. These suppressors will be 3D-printed titanium with high-temp Cerakote.
If their cans are as good as their optics we should be impressed.
The three initial can designs are a 5.56, a .30 cal, and a 9mm carbine-optimized model. The 5.56 and .30-cal suppressors will be HUB-compatible, while the 9mm will be a direct-thread option. These suppressors use EOTech’s “vent forward” tech to push the gas forward and away from the shooter.
The OGL was released to the law enforcement community several years ago and is now being offered to the domestic market as well. This device houses an IR and visible laser along with an IR illuminator. The IR and visible laser are on the same bench, so the user can zero using only the visible laser.
Ready to make shooting at night easier.
The OGL has large buttons to adjust the illuminator from spotlight to flood. This will make achieving accurate shots at night shooting under NODS.
