If you don’t recognize Geissele from its SHOT Show badge holders, you had better know the company for its incredible triggers. On top of all that, Geissele also builds exceptional firearms, and we found some exciting additions to its catalog for 2026.

MOD1-A

Geissele’s flagship AR line, the Geissele Super Duty, contains some of the best regarded ARs on the market, known for their reliability and durability. This year, Geissele is introducing ambidextrous controls to the Super Duty series, with the moniker MOD1-A for ambidextrous.

The new ambi receiver features a repeated safety, bolt hold/release, and the magazine release. The right-mounted bolt hold/release is unique, as the user simply has to put pressure on the dust cover to lock or release the bolt.

Integrally Suppressed GFW

The GFW (Geissele Firearm Weapon) is another of Geissele’s premier lines, and now the company is offering an integrally suppressed option. This .300 Blackout firearm is made in tandem with a Huxwurx suppressor that fits under a custom Geissele rail. This FFR features an 8-inch barrel, perfect for maximum sound suppression with the .300 Blackout round.

It deploys in seconds with minimal effort.
This is sure to be a quiet setup.

This new GFW features Geissele’s Phased Array gas port, with three vents that auto-regulate so the user need not worry about playing with settings, regardless of ammunition or suppressor presence. This allows the shooter to use a mixed magazine of super and subsonic ammo with no worries about function.

King Hunter Expansion

Last year, Geissele released the bolt-action King Hunter rifle. This year, the company is expanding on this line with several new calibers, including: 7mm PRC, .30-06 Springfield, and .338 Lapua Magnum.

This new expansion will be offered in a custom MDT chassis built on the custom Remington 700 footprint that is the basis of the Geissele design. The action features a proprietary roller-guided floating bolt system with Geissele’s nano-coating finish, which allows carbon to be easily wiped away. The rifle features a chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged barrel.

The Geissele King Hunter is built for the backwood or the PRS Circuit.
The collapsible MDT stock was impressive.

The most incredible part of this rifle is its adjustable trigger, which can be set all the way down to 2 ounces. Geissele is known for its triggers, and this must be one of the company’s lightest and cleanest-breaking triggers. The break can be adjusted from 2 ounces to 4 pounds.

A 20-MOA Picatinny rail up top matches the 20-MOA MDT chassis, perfect for adding clip-ons if needed.

But wait, there’s more. Geissele is teaming up with Huxwurx to pair this rifle with Hux’s first bolt-action can. The sealed design maximizes sound suppression over gas backpressure reduction. It’s always great to see two powerhouse companies come together and work on joint projects that maximize the benefits of firearm and suppressor platforms.

The collboration between Geissele and Huxwrx is bound to be one that makes shooting much more enjoyable.
