Sometimes, walking the floor at SHOT Show and running into a friend who makes introductions is the best way to discover incredible designs and companies. Thanks to Ben at KRG, I got a chance to handle some of the most incredible custom handguns I have ever seen. 

While there are many popular handguns on the market today, it feels like many companies miss the mark when it comes to the features that buyers want. Patch at ARC Division is working to optimize popular platforms for performance.
 

Reactor Series
 

The ARC Division Reactor slide-and-barrel combination is designed with a port in both the barrel and slide called the Chunk Board. Mainly focused on Glocks and SIGs, this line addresses popular designs with limited options for porting and compensation. 

The Chunk Board is designed to cut down on the felt recoil on your EDC. From training to accurate shots on target, this porting design makes the shooting experience more comfortable and effective. 

ARC Division also offers OEM port services, so you can send in your handgun, and the company will add an effective design to your EDC. 
 

Metal Frames
 

ARC Division also offers custom metal frames for some popular handgun designs. Metal frames increase the weight of the handgun, provide a more solid feel, and reduce muzzle rise. These grip frames have custom stippled grips that do not wear as quickly or easily as their polymer counterparts. 

Currently, ARC Division offers a P320 Compact grip module with the ability to accept a SIG fire control unit and slide. The company is also working on a Ruger RXM metal grip module, with the same idea of providing a more comfortable shooting experience on a popular, inexpensive platform. 

I am so impressed by the innovation that the company has put into the handgun platform that I can’t wait to build a custom ARC Division handgun.
